Election Signage Printing Across Canada

Coroplast lawn signs, large format campaign banners, and yard signs printed fast and delivered on schedule — because election timelines do not flex.

From a single ward campaign to a province-wide sign program, TK Graphics has been producing election signage for Canadian candidates and parties since 1993. And when the election is over, we recycle the coroplast.

— Election Signage

Signage That Gets Out the Door Before Voting Day

Election campaigns run on fixed deadlines. Nomination confirmation, writ drop, advanced polls, and election day create a compressed production window that does not move regardless of when the order is placed. Campaign managers who order late, receive incorrect signs, or wait on reprints lose ground they cannot recover. TK Graphics has been producing election signage in Canada for over thirty years. Our process is built around the reality of campaign timelines: fast turnaround, accurate colour on the first run, and production capacity to handle volume orders without compromising delivery.

What Happens to Your Signs After the Election?

Most election signs end up in landfill. TK Graphics offers a better option: drop your used coroplast signs back at our Surrey facility and we handle responsible recycling through our partnership with West Coast Plastic Recycling. The coroplast is pelletized and sold to manufacturers for use in new products — keeping plastic out of the waste stream and off of Canada’s roadsides. See our full Green Alternatives page for all environmental print programs.

Any size accepted

From standard 18×24″ lawn signs to large custom formats.

One requirement

Grommets must be removed before drop-off; less than 5% contamination per load.

No charge

The recycling program is offered as part of TK Graphics’ commitment to responsible print production.

Drop-off location

— Why Choose TK Graphics

Why Campaigns Choose TK Graphics for Election Signage

Thirty years of BC election cycles. Four things that make the difference when the writ drops.

Thirty Years of Canadian Election Cycles

TK Graphics has been producing election signage in Canada since 1993. Municipal, provincial, and federal campaigns. Single-candidate ward races and province-wide party programs. We know what campaign timelines look like, what happens when the writ drops late, and how to move a large coroplast order through production and out the door when the clock is running.

Fast Turnaround Without Quality Compromise

Speed matters in an election campaign — but a sign with washed-out colour, misregistered double-side printing, or delaminating coroplast costs more than the reprint. TK Graphics produces election signage with the same colour accuracy and material standards as any other commercial job. Fast production does not mean reduced quality.

Volume Capacity for Full Campaign Programs

A ward candidate may need two hundred signs. A party-level campaign may need several thousand across multiple ridings. TK Graphics has the production capacity to handle volume election sign programs without bumping smaller orders or fragmenting delivery. Quantity requirements are confirmed at quote and tracked through production.

Post-Election Recycling Through West Coast Plastic Recycling

TK Graphics is the only large-format printer in the Lower Mainland with an established coroplast recycling program through West Coast Plastic Recycling. Drop off your used signs at our Surrey facility after the election and we handle responsible disposal. It is a genuine differentiator for campaigns that answer to environmentally conscious donors and supporters.

How an Election Sign Order Moves Through Our Shop

Quote and Quantity

Submit your sign format, size, quantity, and required delivery date. We confirm production capacity and a firm turnaround timeline within one business day. For large volume orders, confirm early — production slots fill quickly during active election cycles.

Artwork Submission

Submit final print-ready artwork in the required format and resolution. Our prepress team reviews files for colour mode, resolution, bleed, and double-side registration before production is scheduled. Files that do not meet print specifications are flagged and resolved before any signs are produced.

Proof and Approval

A digital proof is provided for approval before production begins. For double-sided coroplast, both faces are shown aligned on a single proof document. No order runs without written approval — this step protects the campaign from reprints caused by artwork errors.

Production

Signs are printed on our large-format equipment and trimmed to size. Coroplast orders are inspected for registration accuracy (double-sided), colour accuracy, and edge trim before leaving production. Volume orders are checked per batch throughout the run.

Pickup or Delivery

Completed signs are packaged for pickup at our Surrey facility or arranged for local delivery. For volume orders across multiple ridings or drop sites, packaging is organised by location.
