General

Are you a 3M certified printer?
Yes. TK Graphics holds 3M Gold Select Graphics Provider status — one of the highest certifications available in large format print production. This certification reflects our consistent production quality, technical expertise, and adherence to 3M’s production standards.
Do you serve clients outside of Surrey and Vancouver?
Yes. While our facility is based in Surrey, BC, we produce and deliver print projects across Canada and into the United States. We also coordinate on-site installation for projects across the Lower Mainland and Greater Vancouver area. For projects further afield, we ship completed graphics directly to the installation location.
Do you offer design services?
TK Graphics specialises in print production — we do not provide graphic design services. You will need to supply print-ready artwork files. Our prepress team can advise on file specifications and flag any issues before production begins, but the creative design work needs to come from your team or a designer.

Services & Capabilities
What is the maximum print size you can produce?
TK Graphics prints up to 16 feet wide in a single seamless piece — no joins, no seams, no visible colour banding. For pieces wider than 16 feet, we produce precision-matched panels designed to align exactly at the seam. This capability makes us the production partner of choice for construction hoardings, building wraps, presentation centre walls, and large-scale event backdrops.
Can you handle both rigid and fabric printing?
Yes. We produce both rigid large format prints (foamcore, coroplast, PVC board, ACM) and fabric or soft signage (SEG displays, textile banners, tension fabric backdrops). We run rigid and fabric production on separate machines simultaneously — meaning multi-product orders do not cause sequential delays.
Do you offer vehicle wraps?
Yes. TK Graphics produces full wraps, partial wraps, and fleet graphics for vehicles of any size. We handle both the printing and the installation of vehicle wraps from our Surrey facility.

Materials & Products
What materials do you print on?
TK Graphics prints on a wide range of substrates including: vinyl (calendered and cast), polyester fabric and SEG silicone edge graphics, coroplast (corrugated plastic board), foamcore and PVC board, mesh vinyl (for wind-load outdoor applications), canvas, wallpaper, and adhesive films for wall and window graphics. If you need a specific substrate not listed here, contact us and we will advise on availability.
What is the difference between calendered and cast vinyl?
Calendered vinyl is a cost-effective option suitable for flat surfaces and short to medium-term applications (typically 3–5 years). Cast vinyl is a premium material that conforms better to curved and complex surfaces and has a longer outdoor lifespan (typically 7–10 years). For vehicle wraps and applications with curves or rivets, cast vinyl is strongly recommended. For flat wall graphics or temporary event signage, calendered vinyl is often the better value choice.
What is an SEG display?
SEG stands for Silicone Edge Graphics — a fabric printing system where a silicone bead is sewn into the edge of a printed fabric graphic, which then slots into a grooved aluminium frame. SEG displays are lightweight, portable, wrinkle-resistant, and reusable. They are widely used for trade show booths, retail environments, event backdrops, and display systems that need to travel or be swapped regularly.
What is the difference between mesh vinyl and solid vinyl for outdoor banners?
Mesh vinyl has small perforations that allow wind to pass through, which significantly reduces wind load on large outdoor banners — making it the preferred material for banners on fences, scaffolding, and construction hoardings in exposed locations. Solid vinyl is heavier, produces a more vibrant print, and is better suited for sheltered outdoor locations or short-term applications. For long-term outdoor hoardings in wind-exposed locations, we typically recommend mesh.
Do you print on wallpaper or peel-and-stick wall film?
Yes. TK Graphics produces custom printed wallpaper and self-adhesive wall film for office environments, retail spaces, hospitality venues, and residential feature walls. Peel-and-stick options are available for applications where a non-permanent installation is preferred.

Turnaround & Delivery
How long does a standard large format print job take?
Most standard jobs — event banners, retail signage, coroplast signs, simple vinyl prints — are completed within 3–5 business days from file approval. Larger or more complex projects (construction hoardings, multi-product event activations, presentation centre environments) typically take 1–3 weeks depending on scope and quantity. Rush options are available — contact us with your deadline and we will confirm what is achievable.
Do you offer rush turnaround?
Yes. Rush turnaround is available depending on production capacity and the scope of your job. Contact us directly at (604) 575-1812 with your event date or deadline and we will advise on what is possible. Rush jobs may carry an additional fee depending on the timeline and production requirements.
Do you deliver, or do I need to pick up my order?
Both options are available. We can ship completed graphics directly to your location, or you can arrange pickup from our facility at 17667 65A Ave, Surrey, BC. For installation-included projects, our team delivers and installs on-site at your location or venue.
Do you ship outside of the Lower Mainland?
Yes. We ship print orders across Canada and into the United States. Shipping costs and timelines depend on the size and weight of the order and the destination. We will include shipping details in your quote.
What is your On-Time Delivery guarantee?
TK Graphics guarantees that projects are delivered on time. If a risk to your project timeline arises during production, you will be notified immediately — with clear options and a recovery plan. We do not wait until a deadline has passed to communicate a problem.

Installation
Do you offer installation services?
Yes. TK Graphics provides in-house installation for a range of products including construction hoarding, presentation centre graphics, vehicle wraps, wall murals, window graphics, event backdrops, and large-scale signage. Installation is quoted as part of the project — let us know at the quote stage whether you need installation included.
Can you coordinate installation directly with my venue or construction site?
Yes. For larger projects, our installation team coordinates directly with venue operations, site managers, or construction teams to schedule installation within the available build window. We are experienced working within site access restrictions, operating hours, and safety requirements. Provide us with your site contact and access details when you confirm your order.
Do you handle installation for construction hoarding across multiple sites?
Yes. TK Graphics has experience coordinating installation across multiple development sites simultaneously. For large hoarding programs with multiple locations, we schedule installation in a sequence that aligns with your site timelines. Confirm the number of sites and location details at the quote stage so we can plan accordingly.
Do you remove and dispose of graphics at the end of a project?
Removal services are available — confirm this requirement at the quote stage. For coroplast signage, TK Graphics operates a recycling program with West Coast Plastic Recycling. Used coroplast signs can be returned to our facility for responsible disposal rather than landfill, at no additional cost to you.

Pricing & Quotes
How do I get a price for my project?
Submit a quote request through our contact form or call us at (604) 575-1812. To get an accurate quote quickly, it helps to have your product type, quantity, approximate sizes, and project deadline ready. If you are early in the planning process, reach out anyway — we are happy to advise on what you need before you finalise the details.
Request a quote →
Do you publish pricing on your website?
We do not publish a standard price list because large format print pricing depends on too many variables — product type, substrate, quantity, size, finish, turnaround, and whether installation is included. Every quote is specific to the project. Requesting a quote is the fastest way to get an accurate price, and we aim to respond within one business day.
Will the final price match the quoted price?
Yes. TK Graphics operates on a Transparent Pricing guarantee — the price we quote is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no last-minute additions, no surprises on the invoice. If the scope of your project changes after quoting, we will discuss the impact on cost with you before proceeding.
Do you offer trade or agency pricing?
TK Graphics works regularly with agencies, designers, and production companies who outsource print production to us. If you are a trade or agency client with repeat volume, contact us to discuss your specific requirements and we will advise on the best pricing arrangement.
Get in touch →
Is there a minimum order quantity?
We do not have a fixed minimum order quantity for most products. However, for very small quantities of complex print jobs, the setup cost relative to the quantity may make the per-unit price higher than expected. Contact us with your requirements and we will advise on the most cost-effective approach for your order size.
Still Have Questions?
If your question is not answered here, our team is happy to help. Call us, email us, or submit a quote request and we will get back to you within one business day.
