Scope & Quote
Tell us about your project — the site, the hoarding perimeter, the presentation centre scope, or the signage program. Development projects often have multiple phases. We quote the full program and phase production to align with your construction schedule.
File Review & Prepress
Submit your artwork files. Our prepress team reviews every file for resolution, colour, bleed, and panel alignment. For multi-panel hoarding programs, we verify panel sequencing and confirm that joins fall at the least visible points.
Production
Your job enters production. For large hoarding programs, we coordinate production sequencing so panels are ready for installation in site-access order. Rigid and fabric pieces can run simultaneously.
Installation
Our installation team coordinates directly with your site manager and construction superintendent. We work within site access windows, PPE requirements, and construction schedule constraints. For multi-site programs, we schedule installation sequences across locations.
Ongoing Support
Development projects run for months or years. If panels are damaged, need replacement, or the program needs updating, we turn around replacements quickly. Our 1-year product warranty covers all graphics against defects in workmanship and colour fading.

Can you phase hoarding production to match our construction schedule?
Yes. For multi-phase development projects, we coordinate production and installation sequencing to align with your construction timeline. If your hoarding perimeter expands in stages as the site develops, we produce and install panels in the order your schedule requires. Provide us with your phasing plan at the quote stage and we will build the production schedule around it.
Do you work with the development's architect or brand agency directly?
Yes. We are experienced working with the full development team — marketing directors, project managers, architects, and creative agencies handling the development brand. We can receive files directly from your agency and coordinate approvals with whoever has final sign-off. Provide us with the contact details for each party at the quote stage.
What happens if our construction schedule changes and the hoarding needs to come down earlier?
Contact us as soon as you know a schedule change is likely. We will advise on options for de-installation, storage, and re-installation where applicable. For panels that need to be decommissioned, we can coordinate responsible disposal through our coroplast recycling program where the materials are eligible.
