File Review & Prepress

Once your artwork is submitted, our prepress team reviews for resolution, colour profile, bleed, and safe zones. We flag issues before production begins — not after.

Production

Your job enters production. Rigid and fabric pieces run simultaneously — complex multi-product orders do not create sequential delays.

Quality Check

Before anything leaves our facility, every piece goes through a quality review — colour accuracy, finish quality, and dimensional accuracy against your specifications.

Delivery or Installation

We ship directly to your venue or coordinate on-site installation. For larger activations, we schedule pre-event installation visits to ensure everything is in place before doors open.

Post-Event

Reusable graphics get care advice for future activations. Through our coroplast recycling program, we handle responsible disposal of signage materials at end of life.

Turnaround depends on the product type, quantity, and complexity of your order. Standard turnaround for most event banners and fabric displays is 3–5 business days. For rush orders, contact us directly at (604) 575-1812 with your event date and we will confirm what is achievable. We run parallel production across multiple machines, which means complex multi-product orders can often be turned around faster than you might expect.

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD, and TIFF files. For large format print, files should be supplied at a minimum of 100 DPI at final print size, with 3mm bleed on all edges and key content kept within the safe zone. Yes. TK Graphics offers on-site installation for larger activations and multi-piece setups. We coordinate directly with venue operations teams and event producers to schedule installation visits that fit within the event build window. Contact us with your venue details and build schedule and we will advise on the best installation approach.


TK Graphics prints up to 16 feet wide in a single seamless piece — no joins, no seams, no visible colour banding. For pieces wider than 16 feet, we can produce matched panels designed to align precisely at the seam. We will advise on the best approach for your specific installation.

Many of the products we produce — including SEG fabric displays, retractable banners, and tension fabric backdrops — are designed for repeated use. Durability depends on the material specified and the storage conditions between events. If reusability is a priority for your project, let us know at the quote stage and we will recommend the most suitable materials and finish options.

Yes. TK Graphics is committed to sustainable print production. We offer eco-friendly ink and material options for a range of products, and we operate a coroplast recycling program in partnership with West Coast Plastic Recycling — meaning coroplast event signs can be returned to us for responsible disposal rather than landfill.
