Fleet Graphics & Vehicle Wraps Across Canada

Full wraps, partial wraps, and fleet decal programs that turn your vehicles into moving advertising — printed on 3M-certified materials, engineered to last the life of the vehicle.

Every vehicle on the road is a billboard. TK Graphics makes sure yours looks the part from the first install to the last kilometre.

— Fleet Branding

Fleet Branding That Works as Hard as Your Vehicles

A poorly applied vehicle wrap is impossible to ignore — and not in a good way. Bubbles, lifting edges, misaligned panels, and colour that fades within a year are the hallmarks of wrap work done with the wrong materials or without the expertise to apply them correctly. For a commercial fleet, that is a brand problem on every road in your service territory, every day.

TK Graphics produces fleet graphics using 3M-certified cast vinyl — the material specification required for long-term vehicle applications that need to conform to contours, survive car washes, and hold colour through years of UV exposure. Our 3M Select Graphics Provider Gold certification covers the full material system: vinyl, adhesive, and overlaminate, tested for automotive surface applications to 3M’s strictest standards.

— Why Choose TK Graphics

Why Commercial Fleets Choose TK Graphics

Four things that matter when a wrap needs to stay on, hold colour, and represent the brand on every road for years.

3M Select Graphics Provider — Gold Level

Vehicle wraps are a long-term investment. A wrap that lifts, fades, or fails adhesion within two years costs the client the full job again — plus the reputational damage of a deteriorating fleet on the road. TK Graphics holds 3M’s Gold Level certification, which covers the cast vinyl, adhesive, and overlaminate system required for automotive wrap applications that are rated to last.

Cast Vinyl Engineered for Vehicle Surfaces

Not all wrap vinyl is the same. Calendered vinyl is cheaper but stiff — it resists conforming to curves and tends to lift at edges over time. Cast vinyl is thinner, more flexible, and engineered to conform to compound curves and recessed panels. For a fleet wrap that needs to look professional and stay on the vehicle, cast vinyl is the correct material specification.

Fleet-Scale Production Capability

Wrapping a single vehicle is straightforward. Wrapping a fleet of fifteen — consistently, on schedule, and with identical colour and alignment across every unit — requires production discipline. TK Graphics manages multi-vehicle fleet programs with confirmed production timelines per vehicle, so a fleet rotation or new-vehicle delivery program does not stall the operation.

Colour Accuracy Across Every Unit

Brand colour consistency across a fleet is non-negotiable when every vehicle is a moving brand impression. We print to your approved colour reference and maintain consistency across all units in the program — whether the order is two vans or twenty.

How a Fleet Wrap Program Moves Through Our Shop

Vehicle Templates and Measurement

Provide the year, make, and model of each vehicle in the program. We use manufacturer vehicle templates to build artwork to the correct dimensions. For non-standard vehicles or equipment, a physical measurement or site visit confirms the template before design begins.

Artwork Preparation and Proof

Artwork is placed on the vehicle template and reviewed for panel alignment, bleed, and coverage across all contoured surfaces. A digital proof showing the wrap design on the vehicle template is submitted for approval before production begins. No vehicle is printed without an approved proof.

Material Specification

Cast vinyl grade, adhesive, and overlaminate are specified based on vehicle surface, intended wrap duration, and environmental conditions. 3M-certified material systems are used for all fleet applications. Material spec is confirmed with you at the time of quote.

Production

Graphics are printed on our wide-format equipment and trimmed to panel templates. Colour accuracy is verified against the approved proof before wrap panels leave production. Fleet programs are tracked per vehicle to ensure consistent output across all units.

Application and Quality Check

Wraps are applied by experienced installers using heat and squeegee techniques to conform vinyl to all body lines, curves, and recessed panels. Each completed vehicle is inspected for bubbles, edge adhesion, and seam alignment before sign-off. For fleet programs, vehicles are confirmed against the approved proof at installation.

— Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

A professionally applied full wrap using 3M cast vinyl and overlaminate is rated for five to seven years under normal conditions. Longevity depends on storage environment (garaged vs. outdoor), wash method, and UV exposure. We specify material based on the intended wrap duration at time of quote.

A full wrap covers the entire exterior of the vehicle. A partial wrap covers specified panels — typically the doors, rear, or hood — and is combined with cut vinyl for the remaining brand elements. Partial wraps cost less in material and labour while still delivering strong visual impact on the panels that matter most.

When applied and removed correctly using cast vinyl and proper technique, a wrap should not damage factory paint in good condition. The vinyl acts as a protective layer over the paint surface. Removal should always be done by an experienced installer using heat to release the adhesive cleanly.

Yes. We print to your approved colour reference and maintain consistency across all vehicles in the program. Provide a colour-accurate digital proof approval before production begins and we will match it across every unit in the fleet.

Year, make, and model for each vehicle in the program, your brand artwork files, and the intended coverage level (full wrap, partial, or decal program). If artwork is not yet finalised, we can quote based on vehicle type and coverage scope and confirm pricing once artwork is ready.
