— Why Choose TK Graphics
Why Exhibit Builders and Event Producers Choose TK Graphics
Four things that matter when a fabric panel has to seat cleanly in a frame and look right under trade show lighting.
Dye-Sublimation Colour Accuracy
Dye-sublimation printing bonds colour directly into the fabric fibres rather than sitting on the surface. The result is vivid, consistent colour that does not crack, peel, or fade under trade show lighting or repeated handling. Colour accuracy is confirmed against your approved proof before the full run.
Dimensional Precision for SEG Frame Systems
SEG fabric must hit exact dimensional tolerances to seat cleanly in the silicone channel. Too tight and it bunches; too loose and it sags. TK Graphics confirms frame manufacturer specifications before cutting and finishing every panel — so it installs without rework on the show floor.
Production Capacity for Multi-Panel Orders
Trade show deadlines do not move. TK Graphics runs multiple fabric orders simultaneously and confirms production timelines at the point of quote. If a job needs to ship to a venue in another city, we build that into the schedule from the start — not as an afterthought.
End-to-End From File to Finished Fabric
Our prepress team reviews every fabric file before production: dimensions, bleed, colour mode, and any frame-specific requirements. Issues are flagged and resolved before the fabric runs — not discovered when it arrives at the exhibit hall.

Retail Pop-Up / Event Activation
Gundam Base — Metrotown Pop-Up Activation
TK Graphics produced large-format graphics for the Gundam Base pop-up retail activation at Metrotown — a high-visibility consumer event requiring precise colour reproduction across fabric and rigid print formats. The project demonstrates TK’s ability to deliver brand-accurate graphics at activation scale under a tight production window.

How a Textile Print Order Moves Through Our Shop
Frame Specs and Dimensions
Provide your frame manufacturer, model, and confirmed panel dimensions — or send us the frame for measurement. We do not estimate fabric dimensions from the structural size of the display; we work from the exact finished panel size required by the silicone channel.
File Review and Colour Profile
Our prepress team checks your artwork against the confirmed dimensions: bleed, resolution, colour mode, and any bleed or safe-zone requirements specific to fabric printing. Colour is confirmed against your approved reference before production begins.
Test Print and Approval
For first-time orders and high-visibility projects, we produce a test swatch or panel section for your review before committing to the full run. This step catches colour variance or dimensional issues before they become a problem on the show floor.
Dye-Sublimation Production
Your fabric runs through our dye-sublimation process, which bonds colour directly into the fabric fibres for vibrant, durable output. Each panel is quality-checked for colour accuracy, edge registration, and dimensional tolerance before finishing.
Finishing and Packaging
Panels are finished to spec — sewn silicone edge, grommets, pole pockets, or hemmed edges depending on the application — and packaged for safe transport to your exhibit or event venue.
— Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What fabric printing process do you use?
We use dye-sublimation, which bonds colour into the fabric fibres rather than printing on the surface. This produces vibrant colour that holds up under trade show lighting, repeated handling, and transport without cracking, peeling, or fading.
Do you need the physical frame to print an SEG fabric panel?
We work from the confirmed finished panel dimensions, not the structural frame dimensions. If you have the manufacturer specifications for your SEG frame, that is what we need. If dimensions are uncertain, we can measure from the physical frame.
Can you match the fabric colour to a previously printed panel?
Yes, where a reference file is available. Provide the original artwork file and we will colour-match the reprint to your approved proof. Where only a physical sample is available, we will confirm the closest achievable match before running.
What finishing options are available for fabric banners and displays?
Sewn silicone edge (SEG), grommets, pole pockets, hemmed edges, and webbing reinforcement are all available depending on the display application. Specify your hardware system at time of order and we will confirm the correct finish.
What file specifications do you require for textile printing?
We require artwork at final output dimensions with a minimum 100 DPI resolution, CMYK colour mode, and bleed as specified for the panel format. Full file preparation specifications are on our File Prep and Submission page.
