Quote & Show Date
Tell us your show date, the display types you need, and your booth dimensions. If you are working from an existing frame, provide the dimensions so we can confirm graphic sizing. We confirm the production timeline against your show date at the quote stage.
File Submission
Submit your artwork files. For SEG and tension fabric displays, files should be at 100–150 DPI at final print size in CMYK. We check for resolution, colour, and dimensional accuracy against your frame specifications before printing.
Graphic Production
Your display graphics go to press. For multi-piece booth environments, we sequence production and quality-check each component before packaging. For SEG graphics, we confirm the silicone bead is sewn to the correct dimension for your frame profile before shipping.
Quality Check & Packaging
Every exhibit display goes through a dimensional and colour accuracy check before packing. Graphics are rolled or folded to the most compact configuration for travel. Carry cases and packaging are included for applicable display systems.
Delivery & Reorder
We deliver to your office, warehouse, or direct to the show freight address if timing allows. We retain your file specs and frame dimensions on record — so reordering for your next show or reprinting updated creative is fast and accurate.

Exhibit Display — FAQ
Can I reuse my display frame and just reprint the graphic?
Yes — and this is one of the primary advantages of SEG and tension fabric display systems. The frame and the graphic are separate components. When your campaign creative changes, you reprint the fabric graphic and reuse the existing frame. TK Graphics retains your frame dimensions and file specs so reorders are fast and the new graphic fits correctly. Contact us with your original order details and updated artwork files.
Do you supply the display frame as well as the graphic?
We can supply complete display kits — frame and graphic — for most standard exhibit display formats including retractable banners, SEG backwalls, and tension fabric systems. If you already have a frame, we can produce the replacement graphic to your frame’s specifications. Confirm whether you need the frame included when requesting your quote.
How quickly can you produce exhibit display graphics before a trade show?
For standard exhibit display graphics — retractable banners, SEG fabric panels, counter wraps — standard turnaround is 3–5 business days from file approval. For larger multi-piece booth environments, allow 5–7 business days. Rush options may be available depending on current production capacity — contact us with your show date and we will confirm what is achievable.
What file format and resolution do exhibit display graphics need to be?
For fabric display systems (SEG, tension fabric), supply files at 100–150 DPI at final print size in CMYK, as PDF or high-resolution TIFF. For retractable banners, 150 DPI at final size. Can you ship exhibit displays directly to the show freight address?
Yes. We can ship completed exhibit displays directly to the show’s freight receiving address or advance warehouse if your timeline allows. Confirm the freight address, advance warehouse deadline, and any show-specific labelling requirements at the quote stage. We will advise on the production timeline required to meet the freight deadline.
