New Westminster Printing

New Westminster Sign

New Westminster Printing – New Westminster is one of the British Columbia Lower Mainland’s most unique and unforgettable cities. It is very historically significant to the province of British Columbia being the oldest city in all of Western Canada. It has been nicknamed the Royal City, because Queen Victoria herself chose the name for it.

The City’s strategic position on the banks of the Fraser River lends itself to the vast amount of both industrial and commercial city planning as well as being a transportation centre. With the railway being a significant part of the waterfront, it is also a busy stop for commercial trade and shipping. The “Golden Mile” or Columbia Street, emerged after a massive fire leveled the city in 1898. The residents rebuilt with an admirable determination, and turned Columbia street into a lively centre for shopping, entertainment and commerce.

New Westminster is proud to have been the first capital of British Columbia, before Victoria, even with its small town feel. It is also home to the first penitentiary West of Manitoba, The Woodlands, which was once an asylum for children, and one of the largest and oldest Chinatowns in Canada. It is a city that boasts many annual events and cultural celebrations and a very lively nightlife.

New Westminster printing covers all sorts of needs, from commercial and industrial signage, banners and fleet graphics, to city beautification and event signage. T.K. Graphics is always happy to work in this unique city, producing retail signs, P.O.P. signage , transit ads for a busy transportation hub, vehicle graphics, wall murals and street banners for city beautification and so much more.
